Plate
making and films
Having designed the product, we then
make colour separated films, plan
them multi- up and expose them onto
light sensitive printing plates in
a large format, either 720 x 1020mm,
or 1000 x 1400mm.
Laser
Die Making
We offer a comprehensive die making
service for various markets, such
as folding cartons,
greeting cards,
gaskets, and fitments,
and many more. We use laser equipment
to burn the die boards to ensure total
accuracy. We have fully automatic
computer aided rule bending and cutting
machines to ensure speedy finishing
of the dies. We provide exact and
precise samples from the CAD/CAM system
to allow you to match the die with
the finished product.
Booklets
and leaflets, toys and premiums

well as larger run booklet production
