Q.	How can I get your products?
	A.	We have a base of distributors, National & International, who stock our products.
Q.	Is there a minimum purchase order?
	A.	Yes. This depends on your location, mainland U.K or mainland Europe, or other parts of the world.
Q.	Can I have my own print on your products?
	A.	Yes, subject to a minimum volume which varies from product to product.
Q.	I use your existing products, but require something new. Can you help?
	A.	Yes, if you wish we can help you with the constructional design.
Q.	Can you help me with a design for my existing shaped product?
	A.	Yes. We have a very experienced team of designers who can create designs to your brief or from scratch.
Q.	Do you charge for these services?
	A.	Yes, but the charges are very reasonable.
Q.	I may need specialist materials for my products. Can you supply these?
	A.	Yes, we have access to a large number of specialist material manufacturers who should be able to provide solutions to your requirements.
Q.	In what format can you receive artwork?
	A.	We mainly work in Illustrator CS2. We can also accept Photoshop CS2 files. Our plate making department will accept Quark Xpress 4 files. We can accept artwork on CD and DVD’s. We have a four colour A3 printer.
Q.	Can we put our artwork on your template?
	A.	Yes you can. The relevant template can be sent to you. This will have guidelines on it regarding bleed and colours etc..
Q.	Are the Sealing Machines available for demonstrations or only from stock?
	A.	Yes, we can arrange for machines to be sent to you for trial purposes. There is a rental and transport charge for this. Orders for new machines are subject to a manufacturing lead time, please call for information.
